**Position Summary**
Clearhouse LLP is seeking an energetic Operations Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Mississauga.
The Operations Project Coordinator is an integral part of the firm and acts as critical link between internal team members, clients and third parties. This role is the point of organizational contact for the team and handles administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly. The Operations Project Coordinator works to assist the teams to coordinate information, manages deadlines and workflow, and provides regular and ongoing status updates. They are a key piece to organizing various projects and delivering them on time and while meeting clients service standards.
**Specific roles and responsibilities of the Operations Project Coordinator include but are not limited to**:
- Responsible for coordinating, prioritizing, and assigning tasks and workflow to the accounting team to ensure optimal client service.
- Organizing internal and external resources to meet the daily requirements for requests and accounting projects.
- Owns and facilitates regular status meetings with internal and external resources
- Organizing documentation; ensuring thorough and complete records and information
- Ensuring project deadlines are met by working with stakeholders and clients
- Identifying risks and issues and bringing them to the attention of management and working to provide solutions and plans to rectify
- Continuously seeking for ways to enhance efficiencies in processes
- Monitors and tracks workflow trackers and conducts client follow-ups, as needed
**Education, Skill, and Experience**:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working on projects, experience in the financial services industry an asset
- Strong proficiency with (i.e., MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Initiative and drive with focus on delivery of results
- Absolute discretion concerning sensitive issues and confidential matters
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and part of a team

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
