Windows & Doors Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and commercial sectors
- Proactively source and engage potential customers, including homeowners, contractors, and builders
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with builders and industry partners
- Promote and present our windows and doors products to builders and construction professionals
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and customer consultations
- Prepare accurate quotations and provide professional product recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated sales experience in construction, building materials, or related fields
- Excellent command of English, with **fluent Mandarin** communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area construction market is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
