Sales Representative | Base Salary + High Commission + Excellent Benefits

**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales (Approx. 80%)**:
- Sell window and door products—Develop and follow up with potential customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, social media, and other channels
- Customer Needs Analysis—Provide professional product introductions, quotations, and custom solutions, while building long-term relationships with clients
- Participate in Market Activities—Assist the company in attending exhibitions, community promotions, and other events to enhance brand visibility
- **Office Support (Approx. 20%)**:
- Assist the office team with marketing, training, contract signing, order tracking, and other related tasks
- Handle basic administrative duties to ensure smooth execution of sales and project
**Requirements**:
- Prior sales experience is preferred (industry experience not required); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- **Language Proficiency**: English (required), Mandarin (required); Cantonese is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, with excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Goal-oriented, comfortable with high commission-based income, and motivated to achieve top sales performance.
- Must have a vehicle and the flexibility to manage working hours to visit clients.

- 基础行政事务,确保销售和项目顺利执行
**任职要求**
- 具备销售经验优先(行业不限),欢迎应届毕业生申请
- 语言能力:英语(必需)、普通话(必需),会粤语者优先
- 热情主动,善于沟通,有团队合作精神
- 目标导向,适应高提成模式,愿意挑战高业绩
- 有车并能灵活安排工作时间,方便外出拜访客户
