**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-time Door to Door Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting our window cleaning services, and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to negotiate effectively. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through direct customer interaction.

**Duties**
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our services.
- Build rapport with potential customers and understand their needs.
- Effectively communicate our services and value propositions.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in telemarketing or door-to-door sales is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Experience in inside sales or related fields is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $500.00-$750.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
