**Your role**
- **Lead** a team of business coordinators to deliver exceptional client service and operational support.
- **Implement** and optimize business processes that support sales growth and regulatory compliance.
- **Collaborate** with cross-functional teams to manage risk and ensure policy adherence.
- **Coach** and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and performance management.
- **Drive** change initiatives and contribute to strategic projects that improve efficiency and client experience.
- **Represent** the team in enterprise-wide initiatives and communicate performance metrics to leadership.

**Your team**

The **Direct Sales** team is made up of passionate professionals who work collaboratively to support equipment financing across Canada. You’ll report to the **Regional Sales Director** and work closely with leaders in credit, operations, legal, and finance. **Your profile**
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Management, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, including leadership in business coordination, credit support, or sales operations.
- Advanced knowledge of equipment financing products, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong accounting acumen and understanding of taxability and invoice requirements.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage change effectively.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of change
