**Responsabilités**:

- Aider à la rédaction des contrats, des lettres de modification de contrat, des lettres de confirmation d’emploi et tout autre document lié aux RH;
- Participer au processus d'arrivée et d'accueil des nouveaux employés ainsi qu'au processus de départ;
- Créer les dossiers des nouveaux employés et s'assurer que les informations sont continuellement mises à jour, classées avec précision et tenues confidentielles;
- Gérer et mettre à jour les données des employés dans la base de données/systèmes d'information et communiquer toute modification au département Finances. Utiliser la base de données et le système d'information pour produire des rapports sur les RH, au besoin;
- Assister la Coordonnatrice RH et le Généraliste RH à fournir du support aux employés concernant les politiques de l'entreprise;
- Soutenir l'équipe RH dans les processus d'évaluation et d'organisation de formations;
- Aider sur d'autres projets de Ressources Humaines et de recrutement selon les besoins.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou équivalent, en cours ou terminé;
- Sens aigu de l'organisation et capacité d'établir des priorités et de gérer son temps efficacement ;
- Rapidité d'apprentissage, réactivité et capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais ;
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et de la suite Google ;
- Excellent esprit d'équipe et attitude positive
- Ce stage peut aboutir sur un contrat plus long terme.
- Formation en ressources humaines,
- Être résident.e permanent.e du Canada ou citoyen.ne canadien.e,
- Être localisé.e sur la région de Montréal et en mesure de venir travailler sur site ( poste hybride).

**Pour postuler**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting contracts, contract modification letters, employment letters and all other HR-related documents;
- Participate in the arrival and onboarding process of new employees as well as the departure process;
- Create new employee files and ensure the information is continuously updated, filed accurately and kept confidential;
- Manage and update employee data in the HR database/information systems, and communicate any modifications to the
- Finance department. Use the database and information system to produce HR reports when required;
- Support the HR Coordinator and HR Advisors in providing guidance to employees regarding company policies;
- Support HR team in the appraisal and training processes;
- Assist with other Human Resources and Recruitment projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, ongoing or completed;
- Strong sense of organization and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently;
- Fast learner, reactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools;
- Great team spirit and positive attitude
- This internship may lead to a long-term contract.
