We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for a broad range of human resources functions. **Outcomes of this role**:

- Build organizational development and employee engagement projects.
- Active involvement in the creation of a WeighPack experience for new hires, proposing creative solutions pertaining to onboarding, integration and new hire training processes.
- Lead in creating, updating, developing and implementing company policies and procedures, ensuring the organizational values are embedded.
- A key member of the recruitment team to hire great talent and to propose and use creative recruitment and head-hunting solutions in actively recruiting for key roles.
- Develop wellness and engagement initiatives based on measures and feedbacks.
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management and resolve employee relations issues and address grievances in being a Business Partner.

**Other stuff we look for**:

- Undergraduate University degree in Human Resources.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in implementation of management performance program will be an asset.
- An organized, problem solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in Recruitment.
- HR Systems experiences.
- Resilient and self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
