Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the spa facility, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Supervise and train spa staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa, yoga studio, Hair salon and Smoothie bar revenue through retail sales and upselling services and social media posts.
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors to source quality products for the spa
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa supplies and products
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of spa staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar management role
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Social media marketing experience a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in achieving sales targets
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and inventory management
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing financial reports
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of spa professionals
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
