- Supervise Staff
- Greeting Clients & Taking payments
- General Administrative Duties
- Client Management & Concern Resolution
- Facility Cleanliness & Maintenance Management
- Daily Processes & Check Lists
- Linen Management
- Supply Inventory & Ordering
- Scheduling & Payroll
- Completing KPI Reports
- Health & Safety Regulations Management and Oversight
- Social Media Management
- Client File & Booking Management
- Uphold Facility Standards and Procedures

**Qualifications**
- Managment and Leadership skills.
- Administrative experience and proficient with computer.
- Experience using an electronic medical records & booking system would be an asset.
- Must be able to present and interact with clients and staff in a professional manner.
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
