**Service Coordinator**

Reporting to the General Manager/Controller, this position is responsible to efficiently and effectively coordinate operations efforts in order to maximize efficiencies, and to lead the way in finding new business. This position is ultimately successful by providing the best information possible to aid in decision making through open communication with management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Customer Relations**
- Work with customers to find solutions to help them with whatever problem or issue they may face.
- Assists in the collection of aging and overdue accounts.
- Drives actions to find new customers and make new sales
- Takes calls, quotes and organizes work, work orders and invoicing of same (QB, QBO, FM tank movement)
- Plans, develops and shares marketing initiatives with leadership

**Operations**
- Assist the service personnel in efficient delivery routing, updating drivers with mid-day changes to routes, offering input into routing based off of other information like collections or communications with customers
- Maintain operations assets by ensuring database is up to date and all operations assets are maintained properly and are properly accounted for. This includes tank movement from work orders, locations, maintenance, and utilization.
- Maintains a database of tank inspections and ensures inspections are performed correctly and on time. Tank monitors are tracked.
- Maintains a database of delivery truck and maintenance trucks and ensures they are maintained or repaired as needed.
- Maintains safety compliance information, informing management of deadlines and requirements to be met.
- Ensures the service staff are trained and oriented to the customer service strategy by utilizing recruitment, onboarding, training, development, employee engagement, rewards and performance management tools and practices that are aligned with company direction.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Relevant Business/technical or trade school certification

- The ability to initiate and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role considered an asset
