**WHO WE ARE**
BVT Truck & Trailer Repair, a division of Steve’s Livestock Transport, is a diverse mechanic shop specializing in repairs and maintenance for all types of trucks and trailers as well as custom aluminum fabrication. We have now grown into three locations to serve our customers in Blumenort and Brandon, MB as well as Red Deer, AB.

We are currently looking for an experienced **Parts & Service Coordinator **to join our team at our **Red Deer** location, working 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week, with alternating weekend coverage.

Answer calls/walk-ins, book appointments and maintain appointment schedule for customers (internal & external)
- Manage driver maintenance requests
- Arrange towing and repairs for on the road breakdowns
- Coordinate the shop at the start of the shift
- Create repair orders and assign technicians
- Generate customer estimates and invoices, and collect payment
- Coordinate equipment availability with dispatch to ensure expedient repairs while maintaining adequate volumes of equipment to avoid service interruptions
- Source emergency parts and maintain adequate stocking part levels
- Perform periodic cycle counts to maintain part inventory levels

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*
- Service-writing experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in, Microsoft Outlook/Teams, computers, and internet
- Experience with TMT Software is an asset
- Experience in a Parts role is an asset
