After 13 years with out office, our dental receptionist is retiring. Our busy dental office in Brampton is now looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team within the next few weeks.

***PLEASE NOTE*** - we are only considering candidates with Canadian Dental Receptionist experience at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly, manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Knowledge of Tracker would be an asset (not a requirement)
  • Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries.
