Universal Collision Centre has a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and passionate individual. We need a **Collision Repair Advisor** - could this opportunity be the one for you?

With the goal of providing exceptional customer service, the **Collision Repair Advisor** is responsible for providing support to Universal customers in the body shop. Join us in creating a friendly and dynamic atmosphere for our customers and colleagues

**The Job**:

- Process claims and work orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
- Offer an efficient, courteous, professional experience for our customers, while being adaptable to their needs
- Communicate with insurance companies on a regular basis regarding coverages, deductibles, etc.
- Manage and maintain body shop rental fleet including billings to the insurance company
- Book appointments for both repairs and estimates, with a good understanding of the insurance process
- Explain completed repairs to the customer
- Collect payment owed to Universal or to insurance companies

**The Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Experience in a body shop environment would be a definite asset
- Friendly, empathetic, and dynamic; attentive and able to build a relationship of trust with the client
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
- Self-motived with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Working knowledge of body shop software such as Mitchell is an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
