- Greet and acknowledge all internal and external customers promptly, whether in person, on the phone or electronically establishing productive and lasting relationships.- Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate person while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette and friendly and professional customer handling-
- Check and respond to collision and detail general voice mails- Respond to internal requests from other departments and respond or redirect as appropriate- Book appointments with customers for repairs- Contributing to a team based environment, preparing invoices, accounts payable and receivables, reconciling insurance claims, and financial records to established procedures.- Working with insurance providers to reconcile claims and coverages**Qualifications**:
