**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates
- Communicate directly with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process
- Review estimates with adjusters to obtain repair approvals
- Create work orders using estimating software
- Collaborate with repair technicians to ensure alignment and clarity on repairs
- Ensure customers understand insurance processes and any deductibles
- Stay current with OEM repair procedures, industry guidelines, and DRP expectations

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
