Then Universal Collision Centre has a permanent full-time position for a professional individual like yourself. We are looking for an **Estimator** If you are hard-working, passionate, and determined, then Capital Automotive Group is for you

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Inspect vehicles and write damage appraisals
- Handle all appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements and warranties when dealing with the customer, striving to maintain and improve closing ratio for the company
- Maintain ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff, and customers regarding repair status
- Interact with customers and understanding their requirements
- Meet with customer when picking up vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction
- Give suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle
- Estimate the cost and the time for the repair/up-gradation of the vehicle
- Coordinate work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
- Keep up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies
- Negotiate prices with customers
- Follow automobile industry safety norms and standards
- Take telephone inquires and queries of customers
- Make evaluating reports for the establishment and attend the training process for new products

**Qualifications**
- At least one year of direct experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
- Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities\
- Ability to negotiate with clients
