Marden-Wild of Canada Limited (Marden-Wild) is seeking an Office Administrator who supports the General Manager by carrying out common office duties. Acting as the first line of contact for visitors, vendors, online, and telephone. This role plays a critical part in supporting the daily operations of an office environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Answer phones and direct calls and respond to inquiries.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision.

· Manages correspondence by answering emails, sorting mail, maintain records and files.

· Order office, manufacturing and lab supplies and maintain inventory.

· Prepare documents for shipments, order raw materials, arranging trucking and coordinating logistics

· Learn and participate in Internal Audit for ISO 9001

· Maintain Safety Reports and Safety Data Sheets

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

· Learn and process accounts payable/receivables under supervision.

· Have an interest in learning, training, and excelling in the areas of ISO 9001 and Occupational Health and Safety

· Additional duties as required by management

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

· Secondary Education diploma or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· High working knowledge and proficiency utilizing PC based tools (Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel.)

· Must be able to create and track data using PC base tools (Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel.)

· Experience in ISO-9001 and Health and Safety programs a plus

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
