Maritime Pride Eggs is the largest egg grading station in Atlantic Canada. We proudly grade, package and distribute eggs to markets across the Maritimes. We are seeking an **Office Manager** of personable disposition to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position.

**Office Manager Duties & Responsibilities**
- Oversees general office operations ensuring a productive work environment
- Provide support and guidance to administrative staff and ensure appropriate training for staff to be successful
- Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversight and support of order desk activities and inventory requirements
- Perform period end close procedures
- Prepare sales reports as requested
- Manage filing systems and office supplies
- Support activities for the CEO including travel reservations
- Co-ordination of recruitment activities as required
- Plan and organize employee functions, such as Christmas and summer parties

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Diploma in Accounting or any related field
- Two to four years of experience as an administrative or office manager
- Experience with an ERP (SAP) system is an asset

**Skills**:
Attention to detail: ability to work with a strong focus on accuracy

Technical proficiency: Advanced computer skills, MS Office and proficiency in Excel

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Interpersonal Skills: strong communication (verbal and written), presentation and facilitation skills; positive attitude and customer-first approach

Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, prioritize and handle a variety of activities with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment; flexible and adaptable
