**Technical Services Representative**

**Job Summary**:Reporting to the POS/Microsystem support Manager, the Technical Services Representative will be responsible for supporting store and Head Office staff in all IT-related problems. The main tasks will include troubleshooting software and hardware problems, setting up new PCs and maintaining inventory of all hardware.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Respond to incoming calls from our retail store and Head Office staff
- Resolve IT-related problems and transfer calls internally as appropriate
- Install, configure and deploy new PCs
- Maintain up-to-date hardware and software inventory
- Act as a resource person for all users

**To qualify for this role, you must have...**
- College diploma in Computer Science, Management Information System (MIS) or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience as a IT Technician
- Bilingual: French & English (written and spoken)
- Proven abilities in PC configuration
- Knowledge of Apple related Hardware (IPad’s, etc)
- General PC troubleshooting and repair knowledge
- Proven communication and customer service skills
- A+ Certification an asset
- Experience in retail considered an asset
- Must be available to work flexible shifts (including weekends or nights) - On call on rotation
- Must be available to undertake occasional travel
