Bilingual Call Center Representative

Location: Mount Royal

Salary: $22/hour

Temporary Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide solutions for unsatisfactory service issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Offer first-level technical and general support to stores.
  • Document, track, and follow up on all customer interactions.
  • Support e-commerce sales by assisting customers with product information, promotions, returns, and exchange policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service practices, tools, and systems.
  • Enhance brand loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Availability to work
    days, evenings, and weekends.
  • You must be available on week days ( days or evening shifts ) with at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is mandatory
  • The broader the availability, the more shifts and long-term opportunities you will have.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • College diploma (DEC, technical, or community college diploma).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications.
  • Bilingual (French & English) – written and spoken (priority will be given to bilingual candidates).
  • Strong unilingual candidates may still be presented, but bilingual candidates will be prioritized.
  • E-commerce customer service experience (asset).
