**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. We’re a fast-growing **private practice** looking for and we’re hiring for an **immediate start in West Vancouver**, with the option to expand your caseload to our **Burnaby location**.

We’re offering a **minimum of 10 hours/week** to start, with the **opportunity to grow into a full-time contractor position**quickly — we have an **active waitlist** and a strong referral stream.

- Registered (or eligible) with **CSHBC**:

- Passionate about working with children and families
- Skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language and communication disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interested in working within an interdisciplinary team
- **RASP registration** is an asset but **not required**:

- Available to work **in person** in **West Vancouver** and/or **Burnaby**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's speech and language abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and overall patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and case management.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with medical standards.
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $85.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
