**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assists with the day-to-day program operations
- Responsible for communication with families in the program, prospective families and staff members
- Ensures all documentation and files are kept up to date and according to licensing requirements
- Assists in hiring, orientation and mentoring new staff members
- Assists in the programming, staff and children evaluation, as well as the annual Program evaluation survey
- Prepares staff schedules to meet licensing requirements
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements for child care facilities
- Assume the role of the Program Director in his/her absence
- Other operational and administrative duties

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
