**What we offer**

In keeping with the Mattamy Mission of providing The Best Homeowner Experience, the Operations Coordinator provides support to our Construction and Warranty teams, with a focus on systems and reporting.

**What you’ll do**
- Responsible for monitoring the structural files in BuildPro to ensure they are loaded into the system in time for construction start, manages documents to ensure they are kept up to date with late changes.
- Conducts audits on integration to ensure all information is loaded into the system.
- Conducts audits on closed units to ensure completion of payments has been made.
- Filters calls related to BuildPro payment issues and allocate to the applicable department.
- Acts as point of contact for troubleshooting system issues for the construction department.
- Provides training & support for construction team & suppliers on the BuildPro & SupplyPro systems.
- Supports implementation of milestone touchpoints with the Customer Care Team.
- Provides system support to the community administrators.
- Provides weekly updates to the control sheet, monitoring progress through design and PO generation ahead of construction start.
- Projecting data to identify trends for Trade partners.
- Generate and update weekly Warranty reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What**y**ou**b**ring**
- A minimum of 2 years office administration experience in a high volume or fast paced environment is required.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Outlook. Must have strong ability to write basic formulas. Testing required upon interview
- Exceptional interpersonal / customer service skills in dealing effectively with multiple departments and employees.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to independently recognize/meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, supporting the creation of clear, compelling and memorable communications.
- Ability to maintain a positive and proactive attitude while balancing multiple demands and working under tight timelines.
- Self-motivated with ability to work well in a very close-knit, team-oriented environment.

**Bonus points**
- Degree and/or Diploma in Administration or a suitable combination of work experience and education.
- Strong working knowledge of BuildPro/SupplyPro.
- Experience with new home construction or other relevant experience in the residential building industry.
