**About the Role**
We're looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help support our team as we continue to scale. You will get to work on several impactful projects throughout the team to help us provide a best-in-class experience for our customers.
**What you will do**:
- Coordinating with different departments: The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with different departments within the organization to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Scheduling and managing meetings: This role requires scheduling and managing internal and external meetings, and ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
- Data Management: The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support decision making and project planning.
- Process Improvement: This role requires continuously improving and streamlining operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Support: The Operations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customers, and will be responsible for answering questions and resolving customer issues.
- Vendor Management: The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors and ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in place.
- Compliance: This role requires ensuring that all operational processes are in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
**Who you are**:
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, and previous experience (1-2 years) in an operations role is a plus.
- You are customer-obsessed, naturally curious, and undaunted by complex problems
- A good communicator, collaborator and team member who looks to fill in gaps and make a difference
- Hunger to learn technology and productivity tools
