**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Scheduling & Service Coordination**
- Coordinate and schedule low-, medium-, and high-voltage field service work, ensuring efficient technician assignments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service requests, scheduling updates, and job status.
- Prioritize and adjust scheduling based on emergency service calls, technician availability, and project deadlines.
- Ensure all work requiring Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) permits and inspections is properly documented and scheduled.
- Track and manage ESA notifications, work orders, and compliance documentation for electrical service jobs.
- Ensure technicians have the necessary permits, site access, and safety documentation before dispatch.

**Customer Service & Sales Support**
- Provide customer support and follow-ups, ensuring a positive service experience.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC) and ESA regulations.
- Identify opportunities for additional services based on customer needs and past service history.
- Support the sales team by tracking leads, customer inquiries, and ongoing service contracts.
- Maintain a database of existing and potential customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and contract renewals.

**Regulatory Compliance & Operational Efficiency**
- Monitor and track ESA permit status, inspection results, and compliance deadlines.
- Work closely with the Field Service Technicians, Operations Director and Project and Sales team members to optimize service delivery.
- Ensure all invoices, work orders, and service documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring the right materials and tools are available for scheduled jobs.
- Stay up to date with Ontario electrical safety regulations, ESA updates, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education & Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations support (preferably in electrical, industrial, or technical services).
- Background in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support is an asset.
- Experience in electrical, construction, or field service industries is a plus but not required.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of ESA permits, Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC), and electrical industry service requirements (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with work order management systems, scheduling software, or CRM platforms is nice to have.
- Familiarity with billing and accounting solutions is a nice to have.
- Ability to interpret work orders, ESA notifications, and electrical service documentation (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and business management tools.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working closely with technicians, sales, and management.
- Willingness to learn about electrical services, ESA permit requirements, and power systems to better support sales and operations.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
