Job Summary, including but not limited to:

- Install, Setup & Program, Service, Troubleshoot, provide Technical Support/Training
- Run Wires & Mount Devices Project Management and Support of: Alarm Systems, CCTV; IP & Analog, Access Control, Gate Operators, Door Operators, Door Strikes, Exit Hardware, Network Wiring, Data Jacks and all associated installations.
- Follow blueprints and layouts.
- Managing customer relationships, provide training on operation of equipment
- Problem solving and decision making
- Efficient time management with multiple ongoing tasks
- Compose and submit reports and summaries of work completed.
- Fishing walls / pulling wire and terminating for installations
- Terminating RJ45 jacks and testing the LAN installation
- Use of Windows OS, iPhone & Android, Microsoft Office Suite & popular web browsers, Google / popular search engines, Mac OSX, Router Set-up & Networking
- Keep appropriate items stocked in company provided vehicle in accordance with installation or service requirements, including parts pickup at distribution, if required
- On-Site troubleshooting support for remote connections by other team members

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with Computers / Electronic Products and Mechanical Technology
- 5+ years field experience in Security/Cameras/Access Control
- Previous experience fishing walls / pulling wire and terminating for installations
- Should be proficient in terminating RJ45 jacks and testing the LAN installation
- Read / Write / Speak fluent English & Understand technical diagrams & instructions
- Valid Driver’s License
- Driver’s Abstract & Criminal Record Check
- Comfortable working from heights (applicable training will be provided)
- Knowledge of Door Strikes and Electronic door hardware

Physical Demands:

- This position requires lifting, frequent/prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, twisting, reaching, and climbing. Personal Protective Equipment will be required at certain job sites.
