- Manage and control crowds effectively to ensure a safe event experience.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to prevent unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the event venue to identify and address any potential security concerns.
- Respond promptly to any security-related incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting attendees with inquiries and directions.
- Address and resolve conflicts in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Maintain effective communication with other security personnel and event staff.
- Report any incidents or suspicious activities promptly to the supervisor or management
- Enforce event rules and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

**Requirements**:

- First Aid CPR - Level C Certification
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Ability to attend a one-day training session (Training is scheduled every Monday from 09 AM to 05 PM)
- Covid19 vaccination proof preferred
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
