- Update payroll and HR data in Workday, finalize offboarding files, and ensure data integrity;
- Respond to questions and requests from team members and external organizations regarding payroll and Human Resources data;
- Manage the daily operations of business entities using Time and Labor, develop communications with operators, and make exception corrections;
- Analyze and process payroll-related journal entries;
- Process source deduction remittances as needed and issue Records of Employment;
- Distribute the workload among the various technicians;
- Provide support to the payroll manager and act as a replacement during their absences.

**Qualifications**
To join our team, you will need, among other things:

- A minimum of 3 years of payroll experience;
- Knowledge of Workday or another payroll system, and a strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables;
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada;
- Membership in the Canadian Payroll Association or completion of some courses (asset).
