- 5 years minimum working at a reputable restaurant establishment
- 2 year minimum in a restaurant supervisor or leadership role
- Able to manage a large number of staff during service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff and guests
- Motivational and leadership skills
- Effective multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Excellent and efficient problem solving skills with service and customers
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Proficient with the ability to train staff
- Cash handling
- Technically competent with industry related forms of computer and electronic commerce
- Available nights and weekends
- Able to travel different locations within Greater Vancouver

**Wage & Benefits**:

- Salary: $42000 annually with tips & Bonus payout up to $18,000 annually
- Extended benefits (including medical, dental, and life-insurance) after 90 days of full-time employment
- Quarterly bonus based on store performance

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- working at a reputable restaurant establishment: 5 years (required)
