**Gabi & Jules** is currently looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **Front of House Supervisor**to lead our Burnaby team.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has strong **barista skills** and experience in the hospitality industry (ideally at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role).
- Loves **pie and all baked goodness**.
- Thrives on **customer service**, enjoys smiling, and making guests feel welcome.
- Works well in a **community cafe environment** and would love to connect with neighbours / regulars
- Can **problem-solve and think on their feet**, while staying calm under pressure.
- Is a **proactive, confident communicator** who leads by example.

**Position Details**:

- **Full-time availability** is preferred (must be available **Tuesdays through Sundays**, including weekends).
- Based primarily at our **Burnaby location**, with flexibility to work at our **Port Moody location** when needed & during training.
- **Medical & dental benefits** for full-time employees + share in tips.
- Work closely with our **Front of House Manager** to help lead the FOH team, ensuring customer service standards are upheld and daily tasks are completed.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Serving guests and packaging products
- Preparing coffee and beverages (strong barista skills required)
- Completing morning bake
- Maintaining a clean and organized café
- Setting up and taking down the outside patio (must be able to lift 20 lbs)
- Ideally has a **valid BC driver’s license** and a clean driving record.
