**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform accurate data entry into databases and file systems.
- Collect and organize data from various sources for input into the system.
- Maintain and update existing records to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Utilize software tools, including Excel, to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information during data handling.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
