**Data Entry Clerk / Accounting Administrator**

**DCCHail Edmonton **is looking for a **Part-Time** **Data Entry Clerk** to join our team. This is a part-time position and will support with entering jobs, inventory sales, and customer deposits.

**Please note this is a Part-Time, Temporary position**

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Entering work orders into the accounting system
- Entering inventory sales into the accounting system
- Updating entries when there are changes to work orders
- Entering customer deposits into accounting system and updating job status
- Entering bills received into the accounting system
- Saving bills to OneDrive
- Assisting with admin tasks as needed

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Completion of high school or higher education
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Demonstrated strong work ethics and commitment
- Willing to be flexible with hours around month end and quarter end deadlines

**Job Details**
- Job type: Part-Time, Temporary
- Period: June to October (possibility of extension)
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 20-30 hours/week.
- Additional hours might be required to meet month end and quarter end deadlines
