Duties and Responsibilities Accurately input and update data into various company databases. Review data for errors or discrepancies and ensure correct information is maintained. Conduct regular backups to ensure data preservation. Interact with department heads to gather and organize data that is required. Generate and export data reports as needed by supervisory and management staff. Follow data privacy and security procedures to ensure confidentiality of information. Assist with data management and organization tasks to streamline business operations. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on data-related progress and challenges. Maintain a disciplined approach to work schedule and data entry deadlines. Use data entry software and tools effectively, keeping them updated as required. Requirements Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and high accuracy levels. Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially in MS Excel) and data programs. Familiarity with administrative duties and software applications (CRM tools, Online databases, etc.). Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data issues.
