**Data Entry Clerk**

**AutoCanada Collision Centres**

**Edmonton, Alberta**

**Compensation: $35,000 to $45,000 per year**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day**

At **AutoCanada Collision Centres**, we are looking for a **Data Entry Clerk** to provide professional administrative support to our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage data entry into Sage Business Works for various functions
- Formatting, editing, proofreading of various documents and other related tasks
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communication
- Assist with bank reconciliations when required
- Provide coverage for accounts payable team as required
- Provide general administrative support and support general organizational administrative function as required

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Outstanding organizational and customer service skills
- A performance driven attitude to accomplish all tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Ability to speak French is an asset
