We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta for a six-month contract. This role supports accurate data management and record maintenance in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Enter and maintain donor information accurately in Salesforce.
- Process and record credit card donations in accordance with policies.
- Digitize and organize paper-based records while ensuring data accuracy and avoiding duplication.
- Pull and input data from online campaigns and direct mail initiatives.
- Collaborate with the donor services team and complete Salesforce Trailhead training.
- Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Teams, to support data entry and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations when handling donor information.
