Responsibilities Process licensing changes and updates for Advisors, Associates, and other staff. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and public‑facing content, ensuring timely updates. Provide database administration, spreadsheet maintenance, manual updates, regular reporting, and presentation preparation (PowerPoint, Word). Confidentially collect and disseminate information, ensuring it is released only to authorised individuals. Coordinate meetings and events, including facility arrangements, invitations, minutes capture, and publication. Continuously improve existing processes and procedures to meet changing departmental needs. How You Will Succeed Influence change and commit to continuous improvement to exceed client expectations. Use critical thinking to identify problems and proactively propose solutions. Communicate clearly and effectively. Be an effective team player who shares knowledge to support peers. To Join Our Team Minimum two (2) years of experience in an administrative role; insurance industry preferred. College degree in administrative assistance or related program preferred. Typing skills of at least 50 wpm. Occasional travel may be required. Ability to lift or move 5–10 kg. Subject to a background check as a condition of employment.
