What will you do?
The Business-to-Business Sales Analyst plays an important role in ensuring Reliance Home Comfort always delivers a best-in-class customer experience. Working with the B2B sales team and our external partners the B2B Sales analyst will support the sales process from signed contract through to delivery of equipment and customer set-up. This team member will support Senior Sales leadership through regularly distributed reporting and ad hoc analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain data in Reliance’s customer relationship management systems
- Maintain active communication and engagement with Sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Provide training and support for External partners.
- Monitor sales process from signed contract to equipment delivery and new customer set-up.
- Coordinate as required across multiple departments at key milestones to ensure a great customer experience.
- Create and distribute regular reporting and provide ad hoc analysis to Sales Leadership team
- Identify required process improvements and work with cross functional teams to drive change.

What do you bring?
- Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in business analysis or sales coordinator roles is an asset
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Highly organized and strong attention to details
- Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Prior experience with customer relationship management systems preferred
