As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Data Entry Specialist to join our finance department.

**Position Overview**:
As an Accounting Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately invoicing customers, recording bills, making collection calls, recording payments, and performing various accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
- Record and reconcile incoming bills, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct collection calls to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations regularly.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth flow of financial data and information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting data entry or related role.
- Proficiency in accounting QuickBooks Online and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with collection processes and customer service is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
