**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Manage bank reconciliations to verify all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data for reporting purposes.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and payroll processing.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data effectively and provide insights as needed.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
