MOBIA is currently looking for a Radio Programming Technician to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
- Create radio profiles for Motorola radios and program them for the network
- Troubleshoot issues with profiles
- Manage trouble tickets from end to end
- Dispatch field operations technician to restore vehicle and portable service
- Communicate constantly with users, technicians, third party providers and internally
- Make recommendations for recurring problems for continuous improvement
- Manage Configuration Items and programming files for user equipment
- Execute Network reporting on a timely manner
- Play a key role for up keeping and updating technical documentation

**Skills / Qualifications & Requirements**:

- College degree in electronics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer electronics or equivalent
- Trunking Network telecommunication systems principals knowledge
- Knowledge transfer competencies
- Experience in maintenance of radio communication equipment
- Excellent regular attendance, On-call availability for unplanned events
- Microsoft Office experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and security clearances
- Ability to travel within Ontario
- Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Troubleshooting and working under pressure
