As the General Manager, you will be at the helm of house operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspired individual who is eager to make their mark in the hospitality industry and be part of a growing brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example to maintain our restaurant's high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and personal growth.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative features and dining experiences.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to support the restaurant's success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Flexibility to work as needed: this can include a combination of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Compensation Breakdown**:

- Base salary is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and performance.
- Bonus program amounts up to $20,000 per year depending on the performance of the business. Results are rewarded.
- $8000-$10,000 in tips, paid out weekly.
- ** Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary, with the maximum including full salary potential, tips + bonus.**:
