**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at McRae's Restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring that our mission of delivering outstanding dining experiences is met through effective management and exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong team.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Develop and maintain budgets to achieve financial goals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
