Our core strengths are rooted in our team, our innovation and our customers. We are proud to hire and retain aspirational leaders who are driven to achieve great things and are recognized for their entrepreneurial spirit.

**Job Summary**:
The Regional Product Intelligence (RPI) team is looking for a Regional Product Analyst to be responsible for supporting Groupe Dynamite’s ambitious growth objectives by ensuring that stores have the right product assortment, in the right quantities, at the right time, so that customers find the products they are looking for. **Responsibilities**:

- Work in close collaboration with the Regional Product Analysts to support their decision-making on a daily basis
- Build analysis that will help the RPI team complement or validate qualitative feedback received by the stores in order to make specific inventory management decisions or influence the buying team for specific products/commodities
- Support the RPI team on the identification and execution of inventory consolidation strategies for products reaching their end-of-life
- Lead the preparation of the main analysis for key product development (C-41) meetings, including the quarterly Post Mortem and the monthly Style Review
- Participate in various product development meetings concerning new collections and product assortment building
- Assure the completion of the Monday reports used by each RPA to analyze the previous week’s business
- Build, maintain and improve tools that are meant to facilitate the sharing of information and insights across the business (e.g. global event calendar, seasonal product needs matrix, shared files for store feedback, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree - Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a retail environment is a **plus**, but not a requirement
- Product knowledge is an asset
- Strong analytical skills - must be able to complete an analysis and derive valuable insights
- Influence, to build an argumentation and to debate viewpoints
- Strong communication and synthesizing skills
- Passion for fashion and good sense of business fashion
- Collaborative working style
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and set priorities
- Ability to work independently and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong customer orientation
- Fluency in French and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Over and above a competitive salary and bonus plan, registered retirement savings, and flexible group insurance with personalised coverage that meets your needs, you will be at the forefront of a growing organisation that understands the importance of investing in people.

You and your family can enjoy our employee discount at Garage and Dynamite, private sample sales throughout the year and many other exciting perks, including a very flexible vacation program.

**Our promise**:
No day will be like the last - we aim to be better today than we were yesterday. We are committed to employment equity.
