In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement IT solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. **Main Responsibilities**: - Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements; - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; - Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams; - Support IT system enhancements, integrations, and implementations; - Identify process improvements and recommend technical solutions; - Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and diagrams; - Assist in testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT); - Provide end-user training and create system documentation; - Work closely with product owners to ensure that solutions align with business goals. **Qualifications**: - 3 to 5 years of previous Business Analysis experience, preferably within a retail environment; - Strong understanding of business process analysis; - Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow automation; - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies; - Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, and Visio); - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Skills**: - Have previous experience in a similar E-commerce Business Analysis role; - Work well independently and take initiative without the need for close supervision and/or guidance; - Demonstrate creative and innovative out - of - the - box thinking; - Demonstrate the ability toease of establishing relationships and building strong credibility with business teams, executive stakeholders, and external partners; - Have a proven ability to work well under pressure, remain level - headed, and manage impediments with ease; - Be forward thinking and resourceful to ensure that all initiatives are delivered in the most effective and timely manner; - Have exceptional communication skills, with a particular focus on delivering information in a clear and concise way to multiple different levels of stakeholders; - Be a person who thrives in a challenging and continuously evolving IT environment; - Be an analytical thinker who thrives in solving business challenges with technology.
