**Job Summary**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and dynamic individual to join and grow our team.

This individual will perform a variety of administrative & clerical tasks. Duties to include support to our Administrative / Purchasing / Accounting Departments.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Assist Administrative Department**
- Answering a multi-line telephone system in a timely manner, direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel, take messages when required.
- Processing daily Quotations. Sales Orders & Invoicing
- Preparation of Invoicing, Work Order, AP/AR, Data Entry
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.

**Assist Purchasing Department**
- Clerical tasks required by Purchasing Department.
- Obtaining freight rates and arranging freight transportation.
- Contacting Suppliers for pricing and placing / typing purchase orders.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to manage timelines.

**Assist Accounting Department**
- Clerical tasks required by Purchasing Department.
- The Accounting Assistant will be assisting with day-to-day functions, including data entry, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and filing.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Education & Experience Requirements:

- College/University Education in related field (Business, Administration)
- Previous office experience (3-5 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task daily responsibilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, occasionally and remain organized.
- Attention to detail is important.
- Able to take initiative.

**Benefits** **Full time, Permanent, Days, Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)**
- **Starting at $39,250.00 - $40,250.00 annually**:
