The Purchasing Coordinator, working with the Purchasing Manager, assists with the purchasing and administrative planning.

**Duties and responsibilities**

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for the following:

- Assist with purchasing inventory.
- Assist with monthly inventory.
- Assist with inventory planning.
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Manage outstanding orders.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting purchased items.
- General office duties.

**Qualifications**

Qualifications include:

- 1 year experience in purchasing.
- Sign industry experience would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build positive relationships quickly.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

**Compensation**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
