**Sales and Marketing Coordinator**

Tacada is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our team. Under the direction of the Operations Manager - Residential, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be required to support Tacada Residential, in a multi-faceted sales support and marketing coordination role.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Sales Managers and builders by
- Updating the sales training manual(s)
- Set up sales training sessions and programs with internal and external vendors/trainers
- Facilitate collaboration and sharing of ideas across builders
- Work closely with the Loyalty Manager to:

- Develop an effective customer experience program for all builder brands, to increase customer satisfaction and increase referrals
- Update the Desktop Guide and Homeowner Guide
- Develop and distribute customer communications (ex: home maintenance e-newsletters, etc.)
- Work closely with Corporate Marketing Advisor to:

- Execute corporate and builder marketing programs
- Complete coordinator-level tasks for builder brands, and assist with filling in for builder marketing coordinators when required
- Assist with ESG and other corporate Tacada residential initiatives
- Support the Operations Manager and the Tacada Residential team with ongoing initiatives
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Tech savvy, proficient with use of social media platforms
- Driven, focused and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines**, **ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Strong time management, organization and planning skills
- Understanding of basic marketing, branding, buyer behaviour and the sales process
- Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience
- Previous experience in marketing and/or sales support roles is preferred
- Previous experience in the residential construction industry or new home sales is an asset but not required
