**Key functions and responsibilities**:

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content and social media accounts
- Increase the recommendation rate and sales by successfully winning the hearts and minds of our retail partners' staff.
- Build long lasting relationships with retail staff and contractors.
- Drive Sales, awareness, and excitement of the ELC brand through all retail partners
- Build and maintain relationships with our business partners by visiting employees, department manages, and store managers.
- Conduct training events from store level
- Audit instore display to make sure store is adhering to merchandising standards.
- Be the category expert for the store (vs other company reps)
- Be available to stores during business hours for any questions or support.
- Being the first to train new instore associates.
- Analyze and compare competitive products vs comparable ELC products.
- Develop creative demos and ways to demonstrate ELC product’s features and benefits.
- Collect market intelligence - new competitive product launches, pricing, promotions, and marketing efforts and inform all team members.
- Ensure retail price points are accurate or updated prior to leaving the retail location.
- Pull inventory from storage to fill retail displays daily.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a minimum of 5 client visits per week.
- Inform store sales staff and management on the features, advantages, and benefits of the ELC product lines.
- Build confidence on the ELC brand by establishing relationships with our channel partner’s staff in store level.
- Immediately report on any urgent issues that effects the business (low/no inventory levels, damaged displaces, poor customer experience, aggressive competitive pricing, etc.)
- Keep Amazon store up to date.

**Weekly Responsibilities**:

- Report on weekly highlights and lowlights encountered while in field.

Monthly Responsibilities:

- Report on Highlights and Lowlights of each partner
- Plan out their scheduled route for the next up coming month.
- Report on activities of the competition to give ELC a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

**Salary**: $19.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
