We have an excellent team, great work environment and wonderful clients to work with.Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales & Marketing CoordinatorReports To: Partner, Client RelationsDepartment: Business DevelopmentRevision Date: 1/24/19We are looking for a highly organized individual to join a young, fun, and rapidly growing IT service company by assisting the Business Development Team in two (2) key areas:Ensure all sales opportunities are accurate and properly tracked in HubSpotHelp advance sales opportunities through the sales pipeline stages by consistently following up and keeping the BD Team organizedQualify new leads using phone scriptBook initial first time (face-to-face) appointments with new prospectsSend information out to prospect for a smooth network audit & business assessmentAssist in preparing presentations and prepping office for prospect pitchesInput won deals from HubSpot into ConnectWiseFacilitate sales-to-service hand-off from BD Team to Information Services TeamFormat Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents to Keeran’s brand standard2. Marketing Coordination (75%):Work with marketing company to build and manage inbound marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation for web leads via HubSpotReport qualified vs. unqualified marketing leads to SEO/SEM company weekly (organic vs. PPC)Help refine website copy according to SEO/SEM company’s suggestions and best practicesCreate content for weekly blogs, monthly newsletters, and quarterly eBooksCreate drip marketing email follow ups, phone calls, and events/meetingsWork with telemarketing company to scout list data for accuracy, # of computer users, and current IT provider; as well as provide bi-weekly reporting on qualified leadsCreate and coordinate a calendar of sales events like an open house party, lunch ‘n learns, movie theater rental, trade shows, webinars, etc. for top of mind awarenessWork with key vendors and marketing company to develop targeted campaigns and create email blasts for account-based marketingWork with marketing company to refine client touch pieces such as SWAG, Follow Up materials, and Client Onboarding KitScan and categorize business cards for executing relevant marketing campaignsPeripheral Job Functions:Manage social mediaFacebookInstagramTwitterLinkedIn profilesGoogle reviewsCreate network diagrams in Visio based on input from Information Services TeamResearch key line-of-business applications for specific verticals/industriesFormat and prep RFP responses based on input from Information Services TeamQualificationsProfessional Qualifications:Sales, Marketing, and/or Communications background (education and/or experienceAdministration background (education and/or experienceAdditional InformationPersonal Attributes:Highly organizedAn ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong and effective oral and written communicatorThe ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work effectivelyProficient knowledge of formatting Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint documentsKnowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) Microsoft VisioAn acceptance of, and commitment to work according to, the organization’s policyNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
