**Role Overview**:
Working closely with the Service, Sales, and Operations departments, the Equipment/Parts Supervisor is responsible for the inventory management, shipping and receiving, and occasional setup of new and used industrial packaging equipment and parts.

**Responsibilities**
- Organizing all equipment and parts shipments, including but not limited to picking, packing, skidding, and providing specialized protection when needed.
- Arranging the required documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
- Researching and negotiating competitive pricing from various carriers/logistics companies (domestic and international).
- Liaise with carriers/logistics companies for the timely delivery of goods.
- Setting-up equipment for members of the Sales department in order to facilitate product demonstrations for new and existing customers.
- Managing the equipment and parts inventory.
- Training and providing general assistance relating to shipping/receiving equipment and parts to other Warehouse Associates, as needed.
- Working with Service Technicians, ensuring that new and used equipment are properly cleaned, as necessary.
- Working with other Warehouse Associates with shipping/receiving consumables and other products, when required.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of industrial packaging and related equipment, parts and accessories, and the ability to operate assigned equipment safely.
- Basic MS Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- WMS and/or ERP experience an asset.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, or otherwise move equipment/packages that may weigh up to 70lbs.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple different projects.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
